Job Description:

Consultancy Supervision and Collaboration: Oversee the consulting firm’s work in designing the National ICT Development Fund, ensuring the design aligns with national ICT goals and strategic objectives.

Design Phase Leadership: Guide the design process of the fund, focusing on creating a robust framework that supports innovation, research, and development in the ICT sector.

Operator Selection and Oversight: Lead the selection process for the operating company, ensuring they have the capability to manage the fund effectively and align with the fund’s mission and goals.

Stakeholder Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for engaging with key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry experts, and potential beneficiaries, to gather input and build support during the design stage.

Regulatory and Policy Framework Development: Work with relevant authorities to develop the necessary policy and regulatory frameworks that will govern the fund, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations.

Performance Metrics and Evaluation Criteria Establishment: Set clear performance metrics and evaluation criteria for both the design and operational phases, to measure effectiveness and ensure the fund achieves its intended impact on the national ICT ecosystem.

Strategy Formulation: Lead strategy development for the SME Go Digital initiative, focusing on digital transformation support for SMEs.
